आ-आफ्ना क्षत्रमा नयाँ बाटो पहिल्याउने पथप्रदर्शक महिलाहरू र लैङ्गिक गैर-अनुरूपी व्यक्तिहरूको सार्वजनिक रुपमा संकलन (crowd-source) गरिएको डाटावेस।

We're sick and tired of seeing all-male panels and spaces that completely disregard gender, socio-economic and even racial diversity. We hear organizers claim that 'it's so hard to find women to sit on our panels.' This points to a sad reality where women have to fight notions of success, authority, and expertise that are considered  inherently male. This is a small step to highlight females breaking ground in their respective fields, and ensure both diversity and inclusion within panels, conferences, workshops, and press coverage.

पुरूषहरू मात्र सामेल हुने र लैङ्गिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक, र जातिय विविधतालाई सम्बोधन नगर्ने प्यानलहरू र क्षत्रहरू देख्दा-देख्दा हामी दिक्दार भइसकेका छौँ। हाम्रा आयोजकहरू आफुले प्यानलमा राख्न चाहे पनि महिलाहरू नै नभेटिएको दाबी गर्नुहुन्छ। यसले मुलभुतरूपमा पुरूषजन्य सफलता, आधिकारिकता र विज्ञताको अवधारणाहरूको विरूद्धमा महिलाहरूले लड्नुपर्ने दु:खद वास्तविकतालाई उजागर गर्दछ। आ-आफ्ना क्षत्रमा नयाँ बाटो पहिल्याउने पथप्रदर्शक महिलाहरूलाई चिनाएर प्यानल, गोष्ठी, कार्यशाला, र मिडिया कभरेजहरूमा विविधता र समावेशीता दुबै सुनिश्चित गर्न तर्फ यो एउटा सानो कदम हो।
